Ink Tags

Have you considered incorporating a benefit denial tag?

Benefit denial is an excellent option for deterring thieves from targeting products. While it can serve as an alternative to EAS, best practices dictate its use in conjunction with alarmed tags. When employed together, EAS and benefit denial ensure fewer tags are tampered with, alert staff to theft incidents, and thwart any attempts to remove tags by denying thieves any benefits.

Micro Shell with Ink

The Micro Shell Tag with Ink is designed to provide added anti-theft measures by incorporating benefit denial. Tampering with the tag will cause the ink reservoir to break, permanently staining the article. The tag incorporates a ball clutch mechanism that is detached with a standard super lock magnetic detacher. Both versions are available in 58 kHz and 8.2MHz.

WG’s Nano Shell Tag provides discretion when a company’s culture and visual standards require it. It is designed to be the smallest possible shell designed tag, capturing all of the tamperproof features of the other shell tags, the Nano Tag is compact and unmatched. For retailers who would rather not have an EAS tag detract from the customer's experience, this is the perfect solution. Available in 58 kHz and 8.2 MHz

Clear Ink

If a shoplifter attempts to forcibly detach a Clear Ink Tag from its locking device, the ink vials will burst, permanently defacing the garment as ink spills onto it. Statistics indicate that shoplifters are dissuaded from theft when the targeted merchandise becomes unwearable and unsellable. The Clear Ink Tag can be affixed to merchandise in various ways. In a "stand-alone" mode, the tag is paired with a locking mechanism known as a "clutch." For retailers utilizing EAS, the Clear Ink Tag seamlessly integrates with any EAS tag, providing an additional layer of protection. The patented "Breakage Indicator Panel" on the top of the Clear Ink Tag ensures ink dispersal in all directions. This panel also serves as a visual signal to the retailer, indicating tampering or breakage of the ink tag.

Ink Pins

The Button Ink Pin provides a visual deterrent for would be thieves in a smaller tag size. The tag displays liquid Ink inside of one central vial. The tag relies exclusively on its visual deterrent capability to prevent shoplifting and will not set off an alarm of any Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) or anti-theft antenna. Using a simple clutch you can secure the merchandise, or you can turn the Button Ink Pin into an alarming tag by combining it with an alarming anti-theft EAS tag such as the Pencil tag.
